Agapet 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Consumers (Excluding Shipping and Handling Fees)
Agapet is confident in its pet health products and believes they will satisfy you. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible products purchased directly from Agapet within 30 days of the initial purchase date to receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.
Scope of Application
This 30-day money back guarantee applies to products purchased directly from Agapet. Promotional or free products that may have been included with any purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Under this money back guarantee, you may return a maximum of 4 boxes of Agapet products (60 tablets per box).
To be eligible for a refund under this money back guarantee, you must be a new customer of Agapet, a consumer (not a distributor, reseller, or veterinarian), located in a country or region where Agapet's official website supports sales, and have purchased the product directly through Agapet's official website (not through a retailer, third-party e-commerce platform, veterinarian, or other third party). Only Agapet products purchased within 30 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a refund.
If your purchased Agapet product comes with any free or promotional products (including, for example, products in the "Buy Two, Get One Free" special offer), you must return all these free or promotional products together with the Agapet product you wish to return in one package.
Return Process
If your purchased Agapet product is eligible for a refund under this 30-day money back guarantee, please follow the following return process to return the eligible product and receive your refund:
1. If you are an auto-ship customer: First, cancel your auto-ship subscription within 30 days of the date of your first purchase under the auto-ship program. Second, return the Agapet products (including all empty boxes, partially used boxes, and unopened boxes) to us within 30 days of canceling your auto-ship subscription.
2. If you are not an auto-ship customer: Return the Agapet products (the products must be in intact and unopened packaging) to us within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
3. In either case, you must prepay all return shipping costs. COD (Cash on Delivery) returns are not accepted. It is recommended that you keep the tracking number until you receive your refund, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

It may take up to 30 days after we receive your eligible return to process the return and issue a refund (minus shipping and handling fees).
Failure to comply with this money back guarantee may result in a partial refund or denial of the refund application. In addition, Agapet reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds under this money back guarantee at its sole discretion in cases of fraud, abuse of this money back guarantee, or violation of our terms and conditions.
Veterinarians are not eligible for a refund under this 30-day money back guarantee. If you are a veterinarian, or represent a veterinary clinic or hospital, please refer to Agapet's 30-Day Standard Return Policy for Veterinarians.
For products purchased through a retailer, online third-party e-commerce platform, any distributor or reseller, veterinarian, or any other third party, please contact that retailer, e-commerce platform, distributor or reseller, veterinarian, or other third party for information on their applicable return policy.
Refunds will be paid in US dollars, in the amount of the original US dollar purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees); therefore, if you made your purchase using a non-US dollar payment method (such as a foreign credit or debit card), please note that the refund amount may differ from the amount originally charged to your non-US dollar payment method due to exchange rate fluctuations and any cross-border or international transaction fees charged by your financial institution or card issuer. These fees, as well as any currency conversion fees charged by your bank, are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed by us.
