Agapet 30-Day Return Policy for Veterinarians

The Agapet brand is committed to providing professional health protection products for pets and is confident in the quality of its products. We attach great importance to close cooperation with veterinarian friends and provide them with satisfactory products and services. If you, as a veterinarian, change your mind about the Agapet products you purchased, you may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund of the purchase price of those orders, minus shipping and handling fees.

Scope of Application

This policy applies only to the following entities:

• Veterinarians, veterinary clinics, veterinary medical institutions, or veterinary hospitals;

• Located in countries or regions where Agapet's official website supports sales;

• The returned Agapet products were purchased directly from Agapet's official website.

If you are a consumer who purchased products directly from Agapet's official website, please refer to Agapet's 30-Day Refund Guarantee Policy to determine if your purchased products are eligible for a refund.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under this 30-day standard return policy, you must:

• Be a veterinary-related entity within the scope of application mentioned above;

• The returned Agapet products were purchased directly from Agapet's official website;

• Submit a return request and return the products within 30 days of purchase;

• The returned products are in good condition, unused, unopened, and completely sealed.

Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for a refund under this 30-day standard return policy:

• Any bottles or packages of Agapet products that have been opened or unsealed;

• Any bottles or packages of Agapet products that are empty (or partially empty);

• Free or promotional products included with the purchase of Agapet products;

• Any Agapet products purchased through third-party distributors, retailers, or third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Chewy.com, or eBay);

• Any Agapet products purchased outside the countries or regions where Agapet's official website supports sales;

• Any Agapet products for which a return is requested more than 30 days after the purchase date;

• Shipping and handling fees charged for any order.

In addition, Agapet reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds under this return policy at its sole discretion in cases of fraud, abuse of this return policy, excessive order quantities, or violation of our terms and conditions.

Return Process for Eligible Orders

If your purchased Agapet products are eligible for a refund under this 30-day standard return policy, please follow the following return process to return the products and obtain a refund:

1. Within 30 days from the date of your most recent purchase, return the unused, unopened, and completely sealed products that you purchased directly from us (if applicable, all unused, unopened, and completely sealed free or promotional products must be returned as a whole package).

2. The returned products should be mailed to the following address:

3. You must prepay all return shipping costs. COD (Cash on Delivery) returns are not accepted. It is recommended that you keep the logistics tracking number, as Agapet is not responsible for items lost during transportation.

4. Failure to return all eligible purchased products may result in a partial refund or rejection of the refund application.

5. After receiving your eligible return, Agapet may take up to 30 days to process the return and issue a refund (minus shipping and handling fees).

6. Refunds will be paid in US dollars, in the amount of the original purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees). If you used a non-US dollar payment method (such as a foreign credit or debit card), please note that the refund amount may differ from the amount originally charged to your non-US dollar payment method due to exchange rate fluctuations and any cross-border or international transaction fees charged by your financial institution or card issuer. These fees, as well as any currency conversion fees charged by your bank, are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed by us.
